Re: DRAW YOUR PARTNER DERBY
Hey Dean...Thanks for putting this together again this year!
Count me in...I'll need to defend my title ..that fish was a monster last year .
I'm sure Gerry's gunning for it as well. Sign me up without a boat at this point. The Early Bird may be in for repair on some engine issues when I get it out of storage. I'd like to ride along and pick up some pointers anyway.
I'll get you a shot of the trophy on my wall when I get home tonight.

Re: DRAW YOUR PARTNER DERBY
I should look over in this section more often.... Derby planned and well underway. Great!
In reflection, last years DYP was my first salmon derby (DYP or Frostbite), and it was during the flood. Remember that mudline between VT/NY. a ton of boats and low fish numbers. I was fishing with Jeff235 and you bet we had tricks up our sleeves. No go. For anybody really... We (barely) met contest entry limits! Well. Spring is approaching like a lamb, but does the lion lurk? I hope so, in a bunch of stellar entries in great fishing conditions. Fish on!

Re: DRAW YOUR PARTNER DERBY
Thanks Deano for organizing this event again.
We had a great time last year, and I look forward to participate again this year, and maybe bring the trophy back home again.
Count me in with a boat.
I will post a pic of the trophy as soon as I find out how it works.

When I grow up I want to be,
One of those harvesters of the sea.
I think before my days are done,
I want to be a fisherman.

Re: DRAW YOUR PARTNER DERBY
Another GREAT event that conflicts for me Unfortunately I have already committed to taking my Daughter to NH for the youth turkey hunt and that is the same weekend. My bad for being Such a Multi-faceted outdoorsman!!! LOL!! If I could just focus on one sport, things would be so much simpler and Cheaper!!!!
Good Luck everyone!!!!

Re: DRAW YOUR PARTNER DERBY
Hey FISHCRAZY, being a Dad is the best sport of all, and take precedent over all others. Father-Daughter time dwindles as they get older and other males enter her life. Enjoy while you can. The fish will always be there.
