Signing up for the "DYP"??

Hey All,
Hope everyone is well.
I have tried to figure out how to sign up for the DYP.
I would be interested in signing up with my Boat or if there is a need for anglers to join a Boat, I would do that as well (as long as I can bring my Son!!
)
Any help with this would be greatly appreciated!
