3/14 Appletree area
Got invite by Rene (Waleye) and Ti-Bob for our 1st outing in 2012 and we target some lakers.
We put in at Port Douglas and the wind condition were perfect to cross the lake.
7 for 8 most on reef runner and Flick'R Shad
Some pics:

Well, while I was trimming hard at work today, looks like some lucky ones got on the water and had a great time.
Nice pics, and nice fish... Spring is definitely approaching fast.

Andre - with the exception of the last pic those fish look clean, healthy and snake free! Congrats on a great day and I'm hoping to get the boat rigged tomorrow for a maiden voyage this weekend.

Re: 3/14 Appletree area
There is a bit of dirty water but not much and we were fishing in between 10 & 15ft. water temp was from: 36 to 41 and naturally the bites were in the 41deg. area.
