More from Salmon Hole 11/3 27.5" salmon

Went down to salmon hole (Burlington side) at 5:15 and fished across from Matt and his crew. I got a couple of hits right at the start of the riffle and then finally hooked something worth reporting! 27.5" male with an RV clip and a couple of old lamprey hits. Took a long time to land on my 7' light action rod but swam away happily after the pictures. Hopefully he's back in the lake and headed south for tomorrow. Also got a really nice hit on my fly rod with an egg pattern but didn't hook up.

I am doomed by my giant hands! My buddy is holding the fish for the second picture and he is normal sized.
