had a couple hours to spare after business in Waterbury, wanted to use my new downrigger for the 1st time before tackling Champlain. I am very familiar with Waterbury and its smallies/ rainbows. so I put on a 3-1/4" watermelon spoon and after locating some suspended fish, presto, a nice fish. it was released shortly after a few photos and I left immediately afterwards, the snow/wind were kinda rough since I forgot my goggles.

Very nice. Love the foggy summer morning of the rez. Caught some beautiful browns last year.
