St Lawrence River with WallyAndre
My son Marshall and I had a fantastic time fishing on the St Lawrence River yesterday with Andre and his friends Rene and Jean Francois. Between two boats we landed well over 80 walleye, sauger and smallmouth. Many of these were quality fish too. What an outstanding fishery this is, and what outstanding hosts these guys were! We were treated like kings and lead to some of the best walleye fishing we have ever experienced. Check out the facebook album I put together with Andre's, Jean Francois' and my own pictures from the day...

I can't say emough about the hospitality these French-Canadian friends extended. On behalf of Marshall and myself, thank you gentlemen for an outstanding fishing trip that we will never forget.

The link to the pictures didn't work for me.
Sounds like an incredible time! Andre and his friends are great hosts and I can't wait to have him on the Digitroll when the water gets cooler in 2-3 weeks and the bite picks up.

Champlain Angler,
It was a real honour to meet you and Marshall. One of the great pleasure in life is when you have the chance to share your passion and little paradise with others like we did yesterday. And you can't ask for more when the fish decide to cooperate.
A special thanks to André and René

Great stuff Capt...thanks for sharing.
I had full intentions of heading up that way in the morning tomorrow to do some walleye fishing with Ludo and Andre but it looks like mother nature has put a damper on the trip.
Dang.
I tried to find a way to get the Captains link to work but can't. If you have a Facebook account and become "friends" with him you can view them. (Or if he makes them public). Another Dang.

Re: St Lawrence River with WallyAndre
Thanks for getting these photos up Gerry. I was just coming back to fix the situation, but it looks like you beat me to it. Once again, thanks to Andre, Rene and Jean Francois. Hope everyone enjoys the pics as much as we did the fishing. If you guys are Facebook fans, please friend me or "Like" my Lake Champlain Angler Fishing Charters page. It's another way to keep in touch with what my clients and I are up to. And, I never block out the background so you can't see where we're catching the big ones!

WOW, Thanks for sharing these memorables moments. This is true, René and Jean-François know very well the lake St-Pierre and lake St-Louis. I went fishing few times with these guy's and the use some particular techniques and it's work. I am glad for our neighbor from the south that you enjoyed your day in our contry. You were in very good hands with these three good fishermans.
We are lucky to live so close to productiv water like Champlain and the St-Lawrence river. Early in the spring we go on lake Champlain for laker, later for salmon and in the fall we can fish every day, differents locations for differents species.
Thanks again and see you gentleman's at the shoot out
Now let's go working.....again
