Poor farm bay bass

Post by GMD52 »

Slow today, but managed 2 2+ lb. largemouths.....fishing was hard due to cooler weather, and wind, but once conditions clear, will update. They were caught on purple, 6 in. Charlie's Worms. Sorry no pictures, still trying to figure that out...old dinosaur just getting into this new tech....later

Not a lot of Bass fisherman here, moved from Poor Farm Bay, to Little Otter , and the last two days have seen 5-fish limits for all in the boat, The weights have ranged fron 2.0 to 5 lbs, and the morninf festivities are over by 9:30 am.

Has been good, but looking forward to getting back out on the lake proper, and chasing the salmon......later......Gary

Last update since bro-in-law is heading back to Fla. in the morning. Final tally sugered off at 138 lbs of lm bass, biggest in the 4.5 lb. class. The fishing was actually better than I thought the conditions of high water would dictate, but turned out to be a decent year. His vaction is the time of this maraton fishing event, and is always looked forward to, and now it's back to the lake....Gary
