Jason - Nice report but let's get real and talk dogs! I grew up with Springers, and my wife and I have had tri colored springers for the past 3 generations. Some have been great hunters, but all are boat/lap dogs. We have three at home presently, as Teak and Cedar are now aging (11 and 10 yo), and we have "adopted" our daughters dog Duke who just turned 3 on Friday. My daughter didn't want to give him up, but she while she is submarine deployed with the NAVY, we are adoptive parents at Camp Vermont and he's settled well with our other dogs. Where'd you get the pup? Your liver and white tri is a sweetheart! Off-line messaging is OK too, but I'm curious, and I'd love to talk Springers and learn more about good breeders. Seriously!

Jason, Our house right now is kid less and dog less but we know at some point we will want a pup I can train to upland hunt. Could you clue me in on any good breeders I can file for future?
John
