why not try something new

Ill be going out tomorrow to try my luck during the mid day when the winds are apparently going to calm down. My usual boat with the down riggers is all winterized and put away so I got myself a little 14 foot aluminum boat with a few rod holder.
Why not try a few new techniques out while the weather is good
I'll be trying straight lines , lead core lines ,mini big Jon divers and some snap weights.....
Any suggestions?
