Otter Creek waterfront owner in Ferrisburgh is seeking LCU members interested in docking a boat on Otter Creek, camping there or maybe both.
The OC is consistently 4 to 9 feet deep at the shoreline and leads right into Lake Champlain. Private location and never a launch issue! PM me for details if interested. Thank you.
