Has anyone used the Button Bay Launch? Would it be ok with a 17' Lund? Or is it better to launch at Ft. Cassin? We have some friends camping at Button Bay State Park and want to troll nearby for trout and salmon and be able to be nearby for changing up people and going onshore for a time.

I would think it'd be OK, but just be aware that it is posted as only being open "dawn to dusk", or something like that. That's the only reason I didn't use it last year when my son and I were looking for a place to launch. We planned on staying out past dark to do some walleye fishing.
