Laphams bay 2/19/2012

Went down to Laphams bay just south of the Crown point bridge, set up 15 tip up's and did a little jigging. Got two good sized northerns a few perch and a crappie. Wish we got more of those crappie! But it was a beautiful day to be on the ice! One of the perch we caught spit up a huge nasty looking worm! See pic below :) What the hell kind of worm is that?!

Great pic...the line of tip-ups with the shack.

I got a text picture the other day of a perch with a similar "worm" sticking out of it's mouth.
Interesting.
Catch and serve with lemon.

The pike was around 23 inches or so, 5 or 6 lbs
