Had a great time once again - great bunch of folks that enjoy the wonderful Champlain fishery.

Thanks to Ron and Vermont Home and Marine as well as all those who donated items for the drawing.

Had a great time. Thanks to the organizers and VT Home and Marine. I learned a few things and enjoyed the best treat of all, sugar on snow. Also a special thanks to "Gecha Gerry" for passing on the Rotary Derby pass to me. Our Canadian friends are welcome on my boat anytime.

Thanks Ron for another great taping session. We really appreciate the tremendous work you do to make it such a pleasant event.
It was a superb evening of gathering, good friends, good food, great gifts, and some taping.

Thanks VT Home & Marine for providing the workplace.
Thanks Surprise for making me those 2 wonderful flies, I will test them at the next DYP.
Thanks everyone for your participation, and a special thanks to all who provided the superb drawing prizes.
I really enjoyed Popster and Thorny presentations, very informative.
Thanks to the food providers.... great tasking venison sticks...
Thanks Ludo for the "Sugar on the snow" or "Tire sur la neige". It was a sweet thing to do
For those you enjoyed them, the canadian cookies were "Whippet", another Montreal delight.

Congratulations to Tom Murphy! Just received his Ray49 VHF radio prize promised late last week from Ray Marine. It's a $250 value fixed mount VHF radio with many bells and whistles.

Neat story as Tom told me after drawing his name he really needed a VHF radio! Enjoy Tom!

Ray Marine is a great company with excellent products! Love my Digital Spx-5 Autopilot

To summarize:

A very successful 2012 taping workshop series this year! 87 people attended both workshops and the great experiment of opening up to everyone was a non-issue. We had great responses from the donators and the people that attended. We will continue the show and tell by Rob and Bill as they did a great job showing us all some of the latest stuff. This was very well received!

Next year in 2013 will be the 5 th year of the workshops. Let's go fishing first for 2012.

Thanks everyone!

Ron
