Thanks for posting Matt. You guys had one heck of a derby Matt / Griz / Dean and some fine fish caught. I see the Lazy C boat placed.

LCU took all salmon slots in datillitos.. Mike Demers, lazyc's put on third place late yesterday... Rod Lavalle was his lucky crew member.. Here is the purse pic, all LCU members...




We ended today with 12 salmon. Totaling 20 forth 2 days... 10 of them donated for the great fish fry.... Yum..



Here is Griz coming off stage from his award... Nice to see LCU donate to this great derby and also be represented behind stage with the big banner...

Matt and Dave as team mates was a blast. Matt showed us that not only do have to have a great offense but also a good defense (lol) and Dave put the cherry on the cake with triples ten minutes before we picked up and we hosted all three for an outstanding finish. An apology to Don because we watched him loose an easy 8-9 lb pig on day two right behind us as we chanted loose it loose it sorry Don we didn't know it was you and the chant was done in fun because Matt had a fish. Had a ball and thanks to Jimmy and Vinny for a great finish.

Congrats gentlemen. Nice healthy fish caught. I was also impressed with the Northerns and almost 10 lb. Walleye. Sounds like some huge lake conservation efforts are paying off.

Nice going Guys! It was destiny that you all ended up as a team and great derby for you! Sunday was quite a day. Those fish are full of alewives from the recent die off and they are now getting hungry again. They certainly seem full of energy and are putting up great fights!
