Who knows. Maybe it's the year for the Fishingmachine to be rewarded for taking a chance with a rookie (Fishmaster176). Beginners luck? :D

I guess I'll be dry docked tomorrow. My partner has decided that the weather is more than he cares to battle against. I respect that decision completely and will probably go out when the weather is better.
I'd still like to head down for the tailgater after the fleet returns. I have a small grill and a 10 x 10 canopy. Is the gathering also at the Converse Bay launch? I'm sure it's written somewhere, but it's been a long day.

Congrats to Reelax and Cowboy for winning the 2014 DYP. Huge THANKS to Dean (Homewrecker) for organizing this outstanding event. Though I didn't get out on the water, I was glad to be a part of the "after tourney" gathering. The smiles were plenty and the food was great. No one complained of sunburn or frostbite. For April, that's called nice weather. Thanks Ron and Reelax for the great pics and video. Next year, I'll have to get my boat ready for an earlier start. May just won't work anymore.
Time to mess up the lawn and uncover the boat.

great pics and glad everyone had a good time on the pond. Miss not being there but work came first that overtime money will be well spent on more tackle for salmon fishing.
