Taxidermists
Hello everyone. New to this forum. Great to see how the Champlain fishery has improved so much in the past 20 years. I do most of my fishing in the eastern Adirondacks. I am looking for recommendations for quality fish taxidermists, particularly someone who can replicate the beauty of our silver bullet landlocks. I have tried a well known dermist out in the Pulaski NY area. It is a quality mount but looks more like a fall king than one of our chrome bullets. Thanks in advance and thanks for sharing all your information regarding fishing Champlain, much appreciated.

Would one of you guys mind posting a pic of your mounts so we can see? I am looking to find a local guy to do my sons first fish.
The guy i use is all the way down in FL and shipping is extremely unreliable even with overnight air shipping.
I use Daniel Blackstone Studios. you can see a couple of my beasts on there.

Thanks Reelax and all who responded. That is a beautiful brown and with all your recomendations he must be very good with salmon too. Looks like it would be worth the 2 hr ride to get up there. Thanks again, I've been out of town for the last 3 days or would have responded sooner to your input.
