Did some housekeeping of my spreadsheet to clean it up from past years as it was getting messy.

So Far So Good!

SATURDAY...South winds 5 to 10 knots, becoming light and variable.
Mostly cloudy. Waves 1 foot or less.

Land Forecast: Saturday Mostly cloudy, with a high near 53. Southwest wind 6 to 8 mph. :D
Keep your fingers crossed!

Hope to see Your smiling face on the Podium.

Please say Hi as after 2 years off. I may have forgotten your name
It will be Great to Assemble Again to kick off a Great Frostbite Season!

I'm bringing a Ham and sandwich fixings, Kathy is making her Baked beans and Chocolate chip squares. I have Plates, Cups, Plastic ware. If you bring a serving spoon or dish be sure to bring it back home or you may have some explaining to do.

We are going to set up in the walkway at the top of the Dock Ramp. I have saw horses, ladders and plywood for our serving tables. There is no electricity available but Point Bay has provided a porta potty by the Pavillion.

Thanks to Ron Winter "Keeper of Records"

Several questions about where to launch and where the weigh in are:

Point Bay is Full of boats already in storage with no area to park a vehicle or trailer.
Most Frostbiters use Converse Bay as a launch with plenty of parking and a launch retrieval dock.
This year with 96 ft water gives ample water to float there.
Ft. Cassin in Big Otter Creek is another option but no dock.

To come in to the award ceremony hook up at any open slip, Come up the dock and we are set up in the walkway with serving tables and a weigh in award station.

Be at the Weigh in Promptly at 1:00 PM If you are late you are OUT!

Best Luck, Randy

Good luck to everyone at the Shootout. Have fun and be safe. Wish I could be up there with you all. Down here in So. Maine everyone puts their boats away by mid October. I've fished Sebago late with no one on the lake generally. L.L. closes for catch and keep on 9/30 and can catch and release from 10/1 to 3/31. I have no problem with catch and release, but, I do like to eat a L.L. occasionally.
