Have fun and good luck to all. I've got some pretty stiff steering, and wasn't able to replace it this fall, and I'm thinking steering that's stiff in August is probably not wise to continue using into November's colder weather, so I'll be winterized. Have fun out there.

Thanks! Pretty much spent it planning a high school graduation party! Did get out the day before my b-day for my first trip out, latest shakedown ever.

One things to keep in mind if you're involving the school and a team, bringing the kids out would most likely require licensed captains and/or insurance? Just a thought you may want to look in to sooner rather than later.

I can't commit yet, hope to but a lot going on with home renovations and high school graduation stuff. I have the other trophy thanks to Todd, I'll make sure to get it in your hands whether I'm there or not.

This is a great recipe. The best way to eat lake trout!

Coast guard is definitely a good launch. I launched in Shelburne Bay recently, it's pretty shallow but do-able if you keep your motor trimmed up.
