Gotta love those otters! Had to run to E town yesterday and checked some of my old trapping spots for them in essex county on the way hone! Ran buy this one house in Port Henry where this gray haired otter lives...lol

You can always drag up a laker just off diamond island and that is not far from the westport launch. I am sure the majority of the bigger fish are north.

I must say Matt's gradaughter is the sweetest little girl you have ever met. I hope she grows up to do something in the fishing industry as she has one of the greatest teachers.

Congrats Jeff...we trolled around down south for a goose egg. Bringing big boat home for lake george/ontario and brining shallow water boat back.

Donations for next years fishing derby can also be mailed to the Ticonderoga Elks Lodge. Huge turn out this year. Luckily my contact and with help from Walmart two lucky kids went home with nice kayaks for prizes. Everyone gets treated to hot dogs and burgers along with the kids getting fishing pole...

That is grest news, but it would be great to see some more effort on browns,steelhead & walleye as these 3 would provide a bigger boom for angler effort & tourism.
