Does anyone know if the giant hole is still there or has it been fillled?

Heres a rub I found while hunting in Ontario during Muzzle Loader season

Just looking for some suggestions!!!!!! I removed some back to back setting and installed a new captains chair. Only to find a s spot of broken fiberglass where my removable tank cover meets my deck. Can anyone recommend someone who could patch/fix this? Looks bad and I don't want it to get worse or...
