Get a 11" roll of vacuum sealer bag, cut to length, vacuum seal the fish, wrap it in a wet damp towel, and freeze it flat on a cookie sheet. Vacuum sealing it keeps the air out, and the damp towel is good protection in the freezer.

It's a few trucks stocked from the grand isle-plattsburg ferry (hatchery cove is right there), and a few off the charlotte-essex ferry. I wouldn't chance a big boat like that through there. Your better off going to Mallets bay launch. Went through last week and there was a good pod of gulls and geese on the Mallets bay side in some skinny water

Both are salmon. That's the beauty of Landlocks in spot patterns. Some are loaded, and some have very few. All depends on their parents.
