Fished Saturday,probably one of the coldest feeling days ever,took awhile to find the fish,but we found some.

We found (POSTED no hunting ,fishing ) signs 100 ft . from shore on the Vermont side of Champlain......Is this legal??? There was a super fancy duckblind in the spot, could this be a game ass,.???

Fished southern Champlain last Friday......Went with great expectations for a great flippin bite...HAHA no water,by the time we checked out our zones and decided it wasn,t going to work and try and get on a new pattern 1/2 the day was over. We did figure out 2 small patterns,and got 20 largies with ...

This was the last day out,can,t access spot. We got a bunch of crappies again,but also the biggest gills mI,ve ever caught in Quebec.

Thank you very much Ludo,I just take alittle more time than the average guy,to try and get a good shot.

The water is only 48F,we still catch them until 40F,and after that if you use livebait.But thats when we quit and go muskie fishin" till freeze up.

Last Wednesday, the smallie fishing was the best all year.Between my buddy and I, we caught over 100 smallies between 3.5lbs and 5 3/4lbs. It was insane.We filled up the livewell with 4lbPlus fish ,took some pics,released them and filled it up again and again.We giggled like little girls all day lon...

On of many today,they are putting on the feed-bag heavy now. Also sure was alot warmer today.

Buddies tiller does 43mph,sure is cold early in the morning.........but still gotta go for them smallies.lol

Great report, I love that zone

3/4 oz. tung. weights ,with 3' beavertails,both largies and smallies.( what a big surprise to catch the smallies with this set-up,but they were big and hungry)We found the largies,then as we expanded the zone(going 50yds up and down) we lucked into the smallies.

Great day way east on the St. Larry....Not to many fish,but all reaklly good size..........
