Too bad those ramp accesses they tried to get bids for last year or 2 to get cleaned out etc and build launch docks never got any real traction from bidders. Same for launch access at Winooski,at least they got an engineering firm onb...

Also saw a report quite a while ago where a launch down south will be redone, think it was Benson Landing, but not 100% certain as ad is long gone. It would be really nice of the Army Co...

Re: Saltwater trip interest?

I'm going out on a corporate sponsored trip on the 22nd, really glad that cod on open, at least will get 1 to bring home now instead of dropping them back over the transom after all the work done to bring them up without having a shark take a bite out of them...

Re: Saltwater trip interest?

I can perhaps meet you guys down there. A lot of the "head boats" carry more than 20 people and are generally lower in price, but, you have to contend with all the other people. There is a 10 pack boat that will take parties as small as 6 out of Portsmouth, NH As I remember it'd be roughl...

Re: heading to ocean city maryland

Since I lived there for 2 decades, I can tell you the white marlin open will overwhelm with the amount of boat traffic in & out of the inlet. As the others have mentioned, it might be hard (almost impossible) to book a tuna trip during that event. As for shore fishing, aside from the RT50 bridge...
